Project Overview
The goal of this project was to improve SEO with the aim of increasing website traffic. To achieve the goal, I conducted a thorough analysis of the website's almost non-existing SEO structure, including keyword research, content audit, and backlink analysis. I then developed a customized SEO strategy that aimed to optimize the website's content and technical elements to improve its search engine ranking. The website was initially receiving an average of 7 views per day, and we reached to 800 views per day.
Execution
- Content Optimization:
I conducted a content audit of the website and identified areas where the content needed improvement. I then optimized the existing content and created new content that was optimized for the identified keywords. The content was also structured to improve readability and user engagement. - Technical SEO Optimization:
I conducted an audit of the website's technical SEO elements, including the website structure, URL structure, meta tags, header tags, and internal linking. I then made technical SEO improvements to ensure that the website was optimized for search engine crawling and indexing. - Backlink Building:
I developed a backlink building strategy that aimed to increase the website's authority and credibility. I used various tactics to build high-quality backlinks to the website, including broken link analysis, and social media marketing.
Result
The SEO improvements implemented on the website resulted in a significant increase in traffic. Within three months, the website traffic had increased from an average of 7 daily views to 800 views per day, surpassing the target. The website's search engine rankings had also improved significantly, with many pages ranking on the first page of Google for the targeted keywords.
